I started kitesurfing in 2005, I had been flying kites from the age of 11, my first competition was in September of 2005 I entered as a junior and managed to bag fourth, in 2006 I went to most of the competitions but sadly there was a lack of wind for most of them and ended up fourth overall that year, in 2007 I went to all of the competitions and got some harsh deals in some of them, I ended up second overall.
2008
I live about 2 min drive from the beach and this winter I spent all my spare time training in the harsh cold conditions, my aim for 2008 was to go to all of the BKSA events, there was no wind at the first event after the event there was no wind for a while and I was training at the cable tow a lot, I wiped out big time and broke my leg so that's put me out for this year but don’t worry the RAW will be back!!
